Tianwei New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (TWNE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baoding Tianwei Group Co., Ltd, which has incorporated into China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC). Tianwei Group is a leading enterprise in power transmission industry, and has the biggest transformer plant in terms of production output around the world. TWNE mainly engages in the down-stream activity of PV industry-the research, manufacturing, sales and service of silicon wafers, PV cells, PV modules, and PV systems.
