TPS has been established in 2007 as an independent company to provide procurement services to the Afghan government, the international community working in Afghanistan, national and international NGOs and the private sector. The shareholders of TPS are from Afghanistan, the Netherlands and UK. We have a team of qualified staff in Afghanistan and representatives in Europe and UAE.
