TES was formed in 1993 to serve as suppliers of new, used and new surplus telecoms tools, material and test equipment to the Venezuelan telecoms expansion contractors. Later supplying Peru and Somalia. TES began supplying Glyptal Specialty paint as the factory export distributor in 1996 and have supplied this well respected product to many countries in the world. Our company was formed with the idea of providing the best products at a much reduced price. We consistently underprice the original manufacturers on their own products!
