Transylvanian Buffalo Products is a new British backed company operating in central Romania. We have the largest Buffalo herd in Romaia and the dairying operation is run by our sister company, Transylvanian Natural Products. TBP is now processing it's Buffalo milk into real Mozzarella for the home and export markets. Our cheese is similar to that made in southern Italy and has the unique and superior characteristics that only Mozzarella made from Buffalo milk has. Available in 125g pots with either 2 x 63g or 8 x 15g balls. Buffalo Mozzarella is usually eaten fresh but it can be made to your requirements so that it can have a shelf life of up to one 28 days.
