TUBE-TEC Ltd. with its headquarter in Nistertal is specialist for manufacturing cylindrical helical coil systems, flat coils, spirals, elbows and circular manifolds.Pipes for applications in the large scale chemical and petrochemical industry, apparatus and mechanical engineering, food industry, in the ship building industry as well as in power plants, and are used by power plant operators and in waste power and heat supply stations.Currently there are approx. 190 highly skilled professionals with many years of experience working for TUBE-TEC in the field of tube bending and welding. Production facilities spread out over a total area of 11,000 square metres, including 20 overhead cranes with a maximum 40 tons leverage. Our gates with a maximum width of 12 metres and a height of 9 metres are suitable for any large-sized lorry.Top-of-the-line CNC bending procedures and latest welding and test engineering ensure highest quality and uncompromising precision. The machinery includes actually 20 mandrel and three-reel bending machines capable of bending pipes with an outer diameter of up to 168.3 mm.Elbows with thin walls (e.g. for pneumatic delivery) are manufactured in a special procedure, bending tubes with an outer diameter up to 323.9 mm, starting at approx. 2.5 mm wall thickness.TUBE-TEC is equipped to form any material such as carbon steel, high and medium alloyed steels, austenitic materials, high strength heat resistant nickel alloys(incoloy, Hastelloy, a high nickelferous material) zirconium and titanium for aggressive acids.
