We are Hong Kong based company specializing in organic cotton knitwear, organic cotton baby wear and organic cotton wovens, including woven bags. We also manufacture extremely high quality 100% organic cotton velour fabrics, including 100% organic cotton velours, including yarn dyed stripes and patterned jacquard knits. Perfect for plush toys, baby wear and bedding. Our vertically integrated business is closely managed with our focus on quality in every step. Partners include a high-quality Control Union-EKO certified spinning mill, a Control Union-EKO certified weaving mill. Our organic cotton products are made only with highest quality, fully-combed, Control Union-EKO (Skal) certified ring spun yarns and Control Union-EKO certified woven fabrics. All organic cotton product orders are shipped with a transaction certificate copy issued by Control Union with the Union Asia name on it and descriptions and quantities of certified organic materials that can be traced by each customer to their orders. This gives our customers guaranteed traceability directly to the certified processing stage--an important distinction that few of our competitors can match. Many other "organic" garment suppliers can only show certificates for cotton fiber purchased by a distant and unrelated supplier. Union Asia can document organic certification directly to the last processing stage of our raw materials purchases. We use environmentally friendly, AZO-free dyestuffs and never any metals, pvcs or dioxins in our dyeing processing. We are truly a "sweat shop free" work environment as we comply with all local and national labor laws and are audited by our customers. We pride oursleves on the fair labor standards that we live by. Our management comprises western trained, experienced professionals. In some cases English is our first language. We can also communicate in French, German and some Spanish. Most importantly, our merchandising and design sensibilities are Western developed and oriented.
