Ltd was established in the year 1989 for manufacture of critical components like fine bore copper capillary tubes matching ASTM standards for refrigeration & air-conditioning industry & other applications. The company is also equipped with the facility to manufacture tin-plated copper capillaries required for temperature control/thermostat industry.
The company received technical support & training from whirlpool corporation, u. S. A. For converting existing manufacturing facility compatible with ozone friendly non cfc S refrigerant I. E. Hfc-134a and hydrocarbons. With its latest development vaishali metals pvt. Ltd. Has become one of the pioneer manufacturers of r-134a compatible copper tubes & capillary tubes in India.
The company achieved ISO 9002 certification from ul in the year 1999 (up graded to 9001:2000 in year 2002). Its products have vast recognition in the domestic industries like whirlpool, electrolux, carrier, tecumseh, voltas etc. The company has also been exporting to Canada, Egypt, middle east etc.
