Watertek Packaging Industries Co. was founded in 1999 in Istanbul / Turkey to serve the bottled water market in Turkey, Central Eastern Europe and Middle East, as a joint-venture between Capsnap (Austria) and Teknik Plastic / Turkey.
Capsnap is a part of Greiner Holding (Austria) and has a leading position in bottled water market all over Europe with the polycarbonate bottles and other solutions for their clients. Teknik Plastic (Turkey) is our local partner and market leader in Turkey with thermoforming products for the food industry.
Watertek Packaging Industries Co. is holding the leading position in the local market by producing:
* 30 / 25 caps for 0, 5 liter and 1, 5 liter PET bottles.
* Standart caps for 5 gallon bottles.
* 19 lt. (5 gallon) injection polycarbonate bottles (no handle) .
under ISO 9001: 2000 and BRC certification and according to BGV-BGA, LMG, FDA, EEC standards.
Today, with the capability of producing all these 3 products in the same plant, our target is being the most prefered supplier of water industry in Turkey and the CEE & MEA region.
With our R& D division in the headquarters of Capsnap (in Austria) , we are continuously working on new solutions for the water market while helping our customers to improve their processes and products.
