Weifang Jinton Pipeline Co.,Ltd is located in Yu River Industrial Park in Weifang city.Our plant covers an area of 70000 square meters with convenient transportation.Among the 380 staffs,26 are senior engineers;with powerful support from the research & development center,our grooved fittings,powder coated steel pipe and steel shot series are widely used in many industries such as fire architecture,electricity(tele.) public works,nation project,civilian building,gas pipe,mine pipe,.industry project water pipe and etc. We have 10 production lines for shap casting,powder coating and machine cut with over 30 sets facilities.Our month supply capacity can reach 1000T grooved fittings,10000T powder coating steel pipe and 600T steel shot.In order to enhance management,we attained ISO9001:2008 and adoped ERP.Besides,we will go strictly with the test equipment to guarantee the quality. Most of our grooved fittings can reach nation GB5135.11-2006 standard and match the FM,ULC certification.Our new powder coated steel pipe will be more inside and outside surface smooth,good coloring,electricity insulativity,high mechanical strength,strong adhensive force,small friction factor and good corrosion-resisting etc,It can reach construction ministry CJ/T120-2000 standard.We have independent scientific research center and lab with professional machine,it will always improve the products to meet our customers demand.
