WeiFang XingLong foundry is widely regarded as among the best in China. Covering approximately 10 200 m2 of modern plant and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and processes our main products is composed of OEM machinery parts, valve & pump parts, power line and insulator fittings, water-supply pipe fittings, flanges and various casting bases & frameworks etc, with parts size from 0.2kg-350kg. The material is ranging from grey and ductile iron parts produced in house to steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminium, copper parts made by subcontractors. The output is about 5000 tons each year. Egineers and technical staff can assist with the selection of materials, casting design and requisite quality level. While primarily geared for moderate to large volume output, WeiFang XingLong can provide low volume, loose pattern work requiring skilled coremaking and molding. CNC core making machines and electrical induction furnaces are adopted for casting process. An array of CNC machining equipment allows us to make completed parts ready for the assembly line at customers end. 3D dimensional inspection machine, spectrum analyzer and a whole set of material & dimensional inspecting facilities assure the strict control of the entire process, controlled material documentation is also available. Furthermore, all the process is operating under the system of ISO9001- 2000.
