Since our establishment in 1956, with more than fifty years' experience in the line of machinery manufacture, WenRui Machinery (Shandong) Co., Ltd. has become one of the largest R&D bases for pulp washing, screening, and bleaching as well as alkali recovery equipment within the paper making industry in China. As an advanced technology based company certified by the National Environment Protection Bureau, Wenrui has top national standard Technical Research & Development Center and Pulp & Paper Making Process Research Institute. Furthermore, Wenrui takes the lead to attain ISO9001 Quality System Certification, and acquires the applications of ERP Logistics Management System in machinery manufacture industry. Up to now, WenRui has 855 employees, total assets of 340 million RMB, and a workshop covering an area of 146,000m2. Our leading products exceed the market share of 80% in recent years. WenRui has successfully supplied our equipment for over two hundred paper mills in China, and exported them to Myanmar, Indonesia and other Asian countries. Following the international paper-making technology trend and considering paper industry situations, WenRui sticks to scientific development and technical innovation and improves R&D ability, and design and manufacturing level. Therefore, WenRui has built an independent and special R&D, design and manufacturing system for paper-making technology and equipment. Based on good technology and high-tech products, Wenrui has gained initiative in market competition and become a famous supplier for clean technology equipment in paper-making industry. Our main products include vacuum drum washers and twin roll replacement presses for pulp washing and black liquor extracting, lime mud precoat filters and pressure filters for alkali recovery systems, disc filters and inside thickeners for save-all applications, stock thickening and chlorine bleaching process, and complete sets of CSMP and APSP equipment. Paper mill effluent treatment and alkali recovery technology developed by Wenrui was listed in Environmental Equipment Debt Program by State Development and Reform Commission in 1999. The paper-making CSMP Pulping Equipment Program of state large scale equipment developed by Wenrui in 2004 has been approved by State Development and Reform Commission. We invested 80,210,000 RMB and 64,200,000 RMB in both projects respectively. These two projects lay firm foundations for scale expansion and sustainable development of our company. Our application of alkali recovery equipment in paper mill and non-wood pulping technology reaches advanced international standard. 18 types of new products were authorized by province ministry; 13 scientific results were awarded as national and provincial scientific and technical advanced prize; 7 new products were awarded as national important new products and gained 11 national patents, among which large scale plane-valve drum vacuum washer was awarded as the first prize for national environment protection of science and technology in 2004.
