We are a professional manufacturer of cold formed components and have been providing customers with good quality components throughout Europe, North America and Asia since 1980. Founded with a total capital investment of USD6,250,000 by Mr. Lee, the former vice chairman of San Shing hardware works, there are now around 7-station nut formers in our 18,538sqm facilities located in Tainan, Taiwan area. Our products include round weld nuts, flange weld nuts, wheel nuts, special nuts, spacers, tubes/bushings, collars, and solid chain rollers.
All of the nut formers and tooling are made by ourselves. We have experienced engineers in R&D dept. to support the production completely, keeping improving both of our production capabilities and capacities.
We control quality in all production lines and all production activities are traceable. Wingtone was accredited with TS16949 in 2006.
