With 5 years' experience, we have become a famous supplier in the field with Jcpenny, Matrix, Neo, Newko, Kmb, Touchmate and many other well-known companies as our regular buyers. We are especially strict with quality control and after-sales service. Therefore, our MP3 player RMA rate is always under 2%, USB flash drive defect rate is around 0.2~0.1% and DPF rate is under 0.3%.
