Wuhu Hengda Sheeting Metal Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhengjiang Hengda Industrial Group, which is located in Wuhu Machine Industrial Development Area. Our registration fund was 20 million Yuan and our company covers an area of 37,000 square meters. We built the factory in January of 2007, finished the installation of all equipment in December, and then get to the debugging term in January of 2008. The office building was finished at the end of 2007. The total investment was 0.25 billion Yuan 0.5 billion Yuan of production equipment. The hot-dip galvanizing line adopts the USS technology /method which is the most advanced and widely used process in the world. Through the electroanalysis cleaning, the panel gets into the annealing furnaces to get annealed, and then is dipped in the galvanizing boiler to be hot dipped. Finally, we get the final products by the ways of passivation, surface finishing, horizontal drawing-straightening. The specification of the products: 0.2-1.2mm*800-1250mm. The inner diameter of each coil is 508/610mm and the weight of the single coil is 3-10T. The speed in line is 120m/min. Our annual production capability is about 150,000T. We can supply all kinds of excellent products, which are made of different materials and in different process conditions used as building materials, auto panels and the crusts of air-conditioners.
