Wuxi Zhengyuan Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 1992, originally named Wuxi Shenda Casting Factory (which was operated by the state and collective). In 2005, our company was reorganized to be a private family enterprise. Wuxi Zhengyuan Casting Co., Ltd. is closely cooperating with Wuxi Jiuyuan Technology Company and Wuxi Zhengjie Machine Company. We mainly produce: parts of turbochargers, ductile iron castings, grey iron castings, aluminum alloy castings, high-Ni iron castings, and precision machining processing and R&D of new products. Firstly, Wuxi Zhengyuan Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Bashi Jinqiao Industrial Park, Xibei Town, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. Covering an area of 33,000sqm and having convenient transportation, we are only 9km away from Wuxi Railway Station in the south and only 150m away from No.228 National Road towards Zhangjiagang (Jiangyin) in the east. We have 150 employees, among whom 15 are high and middle level technical person which takes up 10% of total members. We obtained ISO9002 certification in 1999 and QS9000:1998 quality certification in 2002. In 2007, we attained TS16949 quality certification. Our product quality administration is strictly controlled according to TS16949 system. In 1992, our company imported automatic shell core machines and shell-molding machines from the USA. We have four processing techniques: shell mold shell core molding, sand coated iron molding, no-bake resin sand molding, and common clay-bonded sand molding. We can produce different sizes of nodular graphite iron castings, grey iron castings, high-Ni iron castings, and heat resistant steel castings, all of them could be high-precision, little roughness and intricate structure. We use intermediate frequency furnace to make molten iron (steel). We have the whole processing technology of surface shot blasting cleaning and heat treatments. The quality of castings is also guaranteed by OBLF/GS1000 direct reading spectrometry and full range of inspection devices. Secondly, Wuxi Jiuyuan Technology Company has top-ranking equipment in domestic such as gravity casting machines, core shooters, and quick melting furnaces. We have various kinds of advanced pouring technologies. We provide kinds of booster shells and high difficult aluminum alloy castings for main supercharger companies in domestic market. We won great acclaim from customers. Wuxi Jiuyuan Technology Company has strong R&D ability. Thirdly, The main business of Wuxi Zhengjie Machine Company is: kinds of machines and parts of electric machines, designing and producing cast molds, cold punching molds, plastic molds, and other molds. We also provide high precision processing services. The main equipment is: Japan LGMazak vertical processing centers, LGMazak NC lathes, milling planers, large surface grinders, and kinds of common lathes and coordinate measuring machines. 80% of our staff members have junior college diploma or higher degree and have rich experience in actual works.
