Xi'an Helitin Bell Tech21 Co., Ltd., which was built in 2001, is a Sino-Japanese joint venture company in the northwest of China, producing equipment and spare parts in advertising field. Our president doctor Liu stayed for almost 10 years in Japan to learn and do research work before our Co. is established. Japanese Co. NBP's president cooperated with our president to started our Co. in 2001.We have not only design new products for customer as their requirement, but also produce according to the design they offered.We were awarded as the "High Technology Enterprise" by Xi'an Technical Bureau in 2003. We have brought in advanced equipment, processing methods and patents from Japan, and established long-term relationship with many famous universities, like Xi'an University of Technology, Xidian University, and Northwestern Polytechnical University. We own a high quality professor and an engineering research team. Through almost 10 years' development, we have got 7 proprietary intellectual property rights. Our main products: Helitin cutting plotters and XL-1000 colorful printers; High accuracy rollers and axis; Encoders and encoder lines; Blade holders, blades, and pitch rollers.
