Xiamen Universe Corporation has four companies: Xiamen Universe Logistics Co., Ltd. (Founded on April 22nd, 2005), Xiamen Universe International Trade Co., Ltd. (Founded on May 23rd, 2005), Xiamen Universe Customs Broker (Founded on April 13th, 2006), and Xiamen Universe Logistics Co., Ltd. Bonded Logistics Zone Branch (Founded on Jan. 26th, 2006). Xiamen Universe Logistics Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 5 million, acting as an agent of domestic & international air freight and sea transportation, is a logistics corporation, which integrates domestic & international air freight, sea transportation, land transportation, warehousing, transit, import & export customs clearance, and declaration inspection. A bonded logistics branch of Xiamen Universe Logistics Co., Ltd. was founded on Jan. 26th, 2006, and is one of the first access enterprises, approved by Chinese State Council, which encouraged Xiamen Xiangyu Free Trade Zone to carry out the linkage pilot project with nearby ports and to implement some policies of free port. These accessed link ports enjoy the policy of "within the territory while outside the Customs". We are able to get the export tax rebate issued by the Customs, which help us to solve the problem of imported material processing and deep processing of carry-over goods in "Hong Kong Day Tours". After the audit, Xiamen Universe Logistics Co., Ltd. obtains the qualification of transporting goods by customs control and superintending, puts on record in the customs, and registers twelve heavy-duty semi-trailer tractors and some trucks. Xiamen Universe International Trade Co., Ltd., founded on May 23rd, 2005, has been engaged in acting as an agent of various kinds of commodities for foreign and domestic customers, such as agates, clothes, shoes & hats, bags & suitcases, machines, and more. Our company also does business in international trade, transit trade, bonded warehousing, domestic trade, and more. On July 21st, 2008, our company successfully attained the certification of Class "A" Enterprise Management. Xiamen Universe Customs Broker, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million, has made remarkable achievements in the business of import & export customs clearance, declaration inspection, pre-entry, and more, and has been engaged in the business of international freight forwarder and domestic & international express. Xiamen Universe Customs Broker is the first corporation approved by Xiamen Customs to deal in Xiamen-Hongkong Express business. There are five offices of Customs Broker: Xiamen Dongdu Joint Inspection Customs Broker Center, Xiamen Haicang Joint Inspection Customs Broker Center, Xiamen Bonded Logistics Zone, Xiamen Air Freight Joint Inspection Customs Broker Center, and Xiamen Express Supervision Center.
