Yangzhou Huamei PP Textile Co., Ltd. is located in the South Economic Zone of Gaoyou, Jiangsu Province, China. Our company is a high-tech and environment-friendly enterprise, specializing in the manufacture, R&D and sale of functional polypropylene (PP) products. Our company has the registered capital of 10.8 million Yuan, the total assets of 90 million Yuan, covering an area of about 40,000 square meters. Our company has 386 employees, including 21 high level technicians, 76 professional and technical persons. Our company has numerous sales offices in Shangha, Suzhou, Kunshan and other places in Zhejiang and Guangdong Provinces. There is also a city level technical and quality control center in our company. Our company is engaged in series products, including the new type of PP material and filter cartridges which are widely used in large-scale industrial waste water treatment, petroleum oil-water separate filtration, and home water treatment and purification; and the colored finespun PP yarn, which is a new type of raw material used to make woven fabrics in industrial decoration and other fields. Our main products are special-shaped PP functional fibre, different PP yarns such as rotor spinning yarn of medium long, rough ring spinning yarn, rotor spinning carpet yarn or OES yarn, rough yarn of absorbent cotton, as well as all kinds of filter PP cartridges such as foamless, melt-jet , activated carbon, and the ring spinning of colored finespun yarn. Especially, our production process, by using the rotor spinning of rough PP yarn of medium long, is not only own know-how patent ranking in domestic advanced level but is also successively approved and authorized by the state with invention patents and new practical patents. Meanwhile, our rough PP yarn and defoam PP filter cartridge are both approved as national key and new products as well as the high-tech products in Jiangsu Province. Our company has integrated production lines with first-class equipment such as spinneret assembly lines, setting machines, rotor spinning machines, and ring spinning machines including some special machines to make series of cartridges of wound-up in rough PP yarn, melt-jet as well as activated carbon. At present, the rotor spinning equipment and the processing secret to produce rough PP yarn are monopolized by Huamei Company. Our annual capacity is 30,000 tons of all kinds of functional PP staple fibres, including 10,000 tons of special-shaped PP staple fibres, 10,000 tons of medium long and rough PP yarns, 3,000 tons of colored finespun yarns, and 60 million pieces of series filter cartridges.
