We have introduced advanced test equipment and founded an experimental workshop of new products, which specializes in the experiment of new buses on the road. In the developing process, new products receive strict quality control and strict test. In 2002, our company carried on CAD application and generalization project, realizing fundamentally CAD five parts incorporate process, that is, shape design; paint design; UG design, five big part forming design, drawing of the outside shape and send to Genius to design. The design level is advanced in the same industry in China. Our company has always sought for the development of technology and equipment since establishment. There are production lines of pressing, preparing materials, shaping, welding, painting and fitting. Our company has bought computer of high capability to forming the inner net, and established computer controlled safe testing line and trial-manufacture workshop of new products, realized the design from idea to planar to three-dimensional, improved the speed and quality of development. Our company has invested RMB50 million to buy two welding lines, two board fixing lines, one painting line, shaping equipment of top cover and side cover and auto welding equipment, making our equipment level to be advanced in China and insure product quality. Facing WTO, in order to enhance the quality of our national industry, our company has founded quality management system to control the whole progress of production. Our company passed ISO9001 and ISO2000 in 2002, which can ensure the level of quality control system. All of our products passed CCC in May 2003. Our products become a famous brand in Chinese market.
