Yanwei Refractory Factory Of Deqing County is located in Zhongguan Town, Deqing County, Hangjiahu (Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou) Plain. Our plant was founded in 1998, and mainly specializes in manufacturing aluminum silicate refractory fiber. By the development in the past decade, our total assets has reached RMB18 million, covering an area of 54,000 square meters. We have two aluminum silicate fiber-cotton production lines, four 1600 degree electric furnaces and six workshops. There are 135 employees worked in the factory, among them there are 13 technicians and 5 engineers for production, management and new product development. Now our annual production capacity is about 600,000T. In order to ensure the quality of our products, our enterprise has applied and passed the attestation of ISO9001:2000, and got ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certificate in 2003. Yanwei is our brand, and all the products put on the market are marked with it. Furthermore, for maintaining the competitive power and meet the market requirement, our factory has continuously paid more attention to the development of new products. Recently, six new products have in turn passed the provincial appraisal and put into the market. In the developed process, our enterprise has got support and praise among clients. Our enterprise is a member of the Association of Noise Insulation Materials in China, and is the member of Adiabatic Project Application Professional Committee of Energy Research of Shanghai. Especially, we are one of the manufacturers of fire-resistant insulation materials appointed by China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Material Co., Ltd. and China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
