Yibin Changyi Pulp Co., Ltd. is the only joint venture that produces cotton pulp in the southwest area of China, and consists of Yibin Xinya Co. Ltd. and Jingying Trade Corporation. The register capital is RMB100 million. Jingying Trade Corporation invests RMB51 million, taking up 51% of the total capital, and the rest is invested by Yibinxin Stock Ltd. Corporation, with RMB49 million, taking up 49% of total capital. The company is located in Yanpingba Industry Zone, Nanguang County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 110 acres. Our company has more than 500 employees, and 400 workers are at the production line. Most of them are experienced workers who have worked in the corporation for 18 years. There are 128 senior skilled workers, 58 senior specialized workers, and 5 national rank engineers. The company has production equipment, first-class design and development staff members, and can produce viscose filament pulp according to consumers' requests. Our products are used in the fields of tobacco, moto, and pharmacy. With throughput of 70,000 tons per year, we intend to produce 10,000 tons next year. We sell gross X pulp millions per year and duty fee X pulp million per year.
