Zhejiang Jiayile Foods Co., Ltd. is located in Yuhang District of Hangzhou High-Tech Agricultural Development Zone. We are only 30 minutes away by car from Hangzhou Airport and 2 hours from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. We were founded in September 2003, and specialize in the export for vegetable product companies in Japan. We have a total investment of more than 5000 million Yuan, and are a leading agricultural enterprise in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Our agricultural science and technology center was built in January 2005, passing the inspection conducted by the Food Safety Management System (HACCP). Our company has more than 350 employees, of whom more than 30 are technical management personnel and most have a college degree or above. Our staff have rich technology and experience in practical work. Our Customer Service Department provides face to face service for customers. With high-quality products, we have been actively introducing foreign advanced technology, outstanding foreign management methods and management experience, as well as actively setting up modern enterprise management system. We strive to create a modern industrial enterprise atmosphere. Our company covers an area of 70mu (about 47000 square meters), and we have a standardized production workshop of 7000 square meters, and the warehouse of 10000 square meters. We have a one-time storage of 3000 tons for frozen products. Division I has advanced production equipment imported from Sweden, and Japanese imported vacuum-packed vegetable seasoning production lines. At the same time, we have sufficient domestic supporting food production machinery. In order to ensure product safety, we also are equipped with various food testing equipment, such as the United States Aglient6890, Japanese gas chromatograph, Shimadzu spectrophotometer, hair removal machines; X-ray machines and other foreign detection instruments. Our annual production capacity is 5,000 tons of frozen vegetables, 3000 tons of salted vegetables, and 3500 tons of vacuum-packed boiled vegetables. Our main products include frozen vegetables, salted vegetables, canned vegetables and seasoning boiled vegetables, as well as three series of vacuum-packed products. Our specific products are frozen vegetables including frozen okra, pumpkin, bamboo shoots, Komatsu vegetables, broccoli, and peas; 18L of bottled water products including boiled bamboo shoots, chestnuts, and mushrooms; boiled small plastic packaging products including boiled bamboo shoots, chestnuts, mushrooms, lotus roots, and mixed vegetables; seasoning small plastic packaging products including seasoned bamboo shoots, lotus roots, mixed vegetables, flowers and other small shoots. In recent years, our company has been paying close attention to plant vegetable export, Our Division I has been set up to control plant vegetable export base, with an area of 3300 mu, the actual annual cumulative plant area of more than 6,000 acres. We also have another raw material production base of 12,000 mu. In the aspect of the base building, our company actively pushes innovation, new model development, and strong management establishment at GAP standard.
