Zhejiang Jinding Antifriction Material Casting Research Institute is an enterprise with over twenty years' experience in the research and production of antifriction, anticorrosion and heatproof casting. Our company is located in Wuyi of Zhejiang - the beautiful Hometown of Fluorite and the City of Hot Spring, which has abundant power, convenient transportation and pleasant environment. At present, our factory has the fixed assets of over 50 million Yuan, and yearly produces 38,000 tons of products with single weight from 0.1kg to 20 tons, mainly including high manganese steel, alloy steel, high chromium iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, and refractory steel by sand casting and precision casting. Manufacturing processes include: lost foam casting process, V-method process, water glass vacuum hardening, water glass process, and water glass wax-lost process. Products are widely used for machinery in metal recovery smash, mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, and petroleum. We possess complete equipment, including 8 sets of 0.1-10T intermediate frequency furnaces, one set of 1.5T arc furnace, one precise production line, 4 sets of 20T eco-friendly heat-treatment furnaces, 4 sets of 3T resistance heat-treatment furnaces, 22 sets of hoisting equipment, one set of 800T hydraulic machine and one set of 1500T hydraulic machine, 4 sets of 1.8-2.7m gantry milling machines, 4 sets of 1.6m vertical lathes, one set of 2m vertical lathe, 4 sets of 2.5m vertical lathes, one set of 3.5m vertical lathe, one set of 5m vertical lathe, and 4 sets of physical and chemical testing equipment as well as German modern LOBF direct-reading spectroscopy, high-frequency infrared carbon & sulfur analyzer, metallographic microscope, machinery performance testing equipment and hardness testing equipment. For product internal quality, we adopt dye inspection, magnetic powder inspection and ultrasonic inspection undamaged testing equipment. Zhejiang Jinding Antifriction Material Casting Research Institute holds a powerful technical force: 6 personnel with senior professional titles, 16 personnel with medium & junior professional titles, 30 senior & medium technicians, more than 80 junior technicians, 18 full-time physical and chemical testers, and 30 quality supervisors.
