Zhejiang Shenggu Foundry Co., Ltd. is located in Fanhong Industrial Zone, Qinggang Town Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province with our product brand "SHENGGU". We cover an area of 56,000 square meters. We own 520 employees, among whom there are 60 engineering technicians. We have two branches, including the melting and molding factory and the iron casting factory. Our output of precision casts reaches more than 5,000 tons, and output of iron casts reaches more than 20,000 tons. We have established wide business relationships with over one hundred and fifty companies both at home and abroad. We are one of the biggest comprehensive manufacturers in Taizhou City, and are also the first one which got the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in foundry industry. Our main production equipment are medium frequency electric furnaces with the spec. of 750KG, 300KG, and 150KG, electric furnaces for heat-treatment, formation machines, core shooters, wax injection machines, digital control lathes, CNN machining centers, milling machines, and grinders. Our production lines for ductile iron, gray cast iron, and quench alloy cast iron are formed by the process of cupola and medium frequency furnace melting, manual formation, machinery formation, and shell-coated sand hot core boxing. The production line for carbon steel and stainless steel are formed by the process of water-glass precision casting and silicasol precision casting. We are equipped with test machines such as spectrometer, quick thermo-analyzer, universal material test machine, Brinell sclerometer, metallurgic microscope, computer-processing carbon & sulphur analyzer, and 3D dimensional test machine, by which chemical components, mechanical properties and metallographic structure of casts are completely analyzed and tested, and size and tolerance of products are strictly controlled. Therefore, our products have good appearance and interior good quality, and enjoy a good reputation among our customers. We not only set foot on the product quality, but also continuously improve our production process and develop technical cooperation with relevant advanced universities and science research institutes. Year after year, the comprehensive strength of our company is gradually upgraded. Our output value and quality of our products are constantly improved. Our third factory is located in Qinggang Science and Technology Industrial Park for the production of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel (precision casting process). We have a whole set of machining means, good equipments and various products, all of which meet the requirements of different customers' demands.
