Zhejiang Yuanpai Machine Tool Accessory Plant is one of the largest private-owned lathe chuck manufacturing factories in China, which was newly built based on Huangyan Machine Tool Accessory Plant owned by the State with a history of more than 52 years. In order to enlarge production scale and increase quantity, we have invested USD 8 million to build a new workshop, covering 23,300 square meters and we have bought many advanced machining equipment. We got ISO9001-2000 certificate in August, 2002 and CE certificate in Aug., 2006. Now almost all the key parts of chucks are made by full NC Equipment and more than 150,000 sets of chucks are produced per year. We have many experienced engineers of casting, forging, machining, heat treatment and assembling, and also we have full sets of NC inspection equipment. We have more than 150 models of chucks, including K10 2 jaw self-centering chucks (80mm-400mm); K11 3 jaw self-centering chucks (80mm-1000mm); K72 4 jaw independent chucks (80mm-800mm); K12 4 jaw centering chucks (80mm-1000mm) and K11/A, C, D direct mounting chucks.
