Established in 1997, Zhuanghe Lantian Precision Foundry Co., Ltd. is a machinery manufacture enterprise which specializes in precision casting and machining. Our company can produce carbon steel, low alloyed steel and stainless steel and the weight of single piece ranges from 0.05kg to 80kg. Our annual production capacity is 5000T. Our products are mainly used in marine machinery, automobiles, gas engines, agricultural machinery and other industrial . Our headquarters is located in Zhuanghe Port Industrial Zone, lying at the traffic hub of Zhuanghe Harbor, Zhuanghe Railway Station and Bus Station, enjoying an advantaged geographic position. Our company, covering a floor area of 19000sqm, has a total capital of RMB40 million. Our company has four branch factories, including Sodium Silicate Process Casting, Silica Process Casting, Machining & Mould Manufacture Factory and Zhuanghe Lantian Dazheng Factory. We have 400 employees, including 80 engineering technicians and managers. Our company has advanced equipment. Sodium Silicate Process Casting machines include wax injectors, paint mixers, shot-blasting machines, manual sand-blasting machines, welding transformers, medium-frequency induction furnaces, box resistance furnaces, coal-burning calcining kilns, press testers and air compressors. Silica Gel Process Casting machines include wax liquid processes machines, wax injectors, cooling water machines, thick liquid machines, granulated substance machines, softened water controllers, dust removers, die head machines, temperature control cubicles, tempering resistance furnaces and shot-blasting machines. Finishing machines include vertical processing centers, NC milling machines, milling machines, NC lathes, radial drilling machines, conventional lathes, sawing machines and linear cutting machines. We supply over 1000 kinds of products, including container locks, vehicle fittings, agricultural machinery, stainless steel and valves. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions, such as the USA, Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia and are highly appreciated by new and old customers. Our company has complete testing and analyzing equipment. We have introduced 2 sets of direct-reading spectrometers from Italy and Germany respectively which can analyze C, Si, Mn, p, S, Ni, Cr, Mo, V, Ti, Al, Cu, Mg, Ce, Nb, B and W. We can conduct the tensile test, impact test, hardness test and metallographic analysis. Moreover, we can also use fluorescent magnetic particle inspection means in dealing with magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and pigmentation examination inspection. We produce various precision castings strictly in accordance with the state standard and industrial standard and are qualified with the production license issued by Germanischer Lloyd. We successfully attained the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System in 2003. We strictly implement the quality control system in all production processes, from the raw material inspection and production control to final product inspection. We also attained the certification of TS16949:2002 Quality Control System in 2008.
