Zhuji, the hosiery capital of China about 2 hours drive from Shanghai, has a well-developed infrastructure for supporting large-scale hosiery manufacturing in and around the city. We provide whole services for hosiery customers from conceptualization and prototyping, through production coordination and monitoring, to shipping the finished products to your warehouse. Our product lines include socks for babies, children, men and women in a range of needle counts and a variety of different fiber contents. We have 48N, 84N, 96N, 108N, 120N, 132N, 144N, 168N and 200N machines available, for cotton, acrylic, nylon, silk, and wool. We are also experts at integrating specialty yarns such as boucle, Lurex, KDK, and feather yarn. With strong industrial relationships throughout the manufacturing community of Zhuji, we are well-experienced at out-sourcing hosiery production in the event that our own production capacity may be temporarily exceeded or limited. Our local knowledge enables us to maintain strict quality standards on any out-sourced products. We have in-depth technical expertise in hosiery manufacturing from yarn selection and color matching, to prototyping and production.
