Nikay bioproceso is a company located in dominican republic, founded in 2005, but it is the result of more than 10 years of reseach in the production of beverage and concentrates using biotechnological techniques. From the begining we have started to supply the internal market to enterprises that produce refreshing beverages. As the dominican market is too samall we want to go the global market. We have a technological advantages, because we can produce fruit juices by taking out all the flavors are in the fruit producing a concentrate without using chemicals or putting the juice to high temperatures. The concentration of flavors is so marked, that sometimes we have to use some coloring (more than 95% natural) to avoid the final product look decolored. Sometimes we do not need to use it, as is the case of the jagua concentrate. This a 100% natural concentrate 1: 30 to 1: 50 that does not contain added color. Our natural fruit concentrates (with pulp) are not 1: 4 or 1: 5 concentrates, but 1: 30 o more, depending the taste desired. We have a variety of concentrates. These are: natural fruit concentrates 1: 30-50; manufactured concentrates with pulp 1: 120; and concentrates 1: 300. We also produce synthetic vainilla without coumarin.
