1. Features
ZS-NJ-D955 is low viscosity type one-component alcohol silicone sealant which is Room temperature curing. This products have the good heat resistance property. The general use of temperature range is from -60âï½200â. During the curing process, it will release the alcohols, which with no corrosion to the materials such as polycarbonate(PC) and copper. Absolutely compliance with the EU ROHSâs requisition.2. The Typical Use
Network transformer pottingï¼the coating of the Thick film circuit system,porous substrate and Printed circuit board(PCB).
3.Instructions
â¢Surface cleaning:cleaning the sticklied and coated surface,remove the rust,dirt and oil.
â¢Brush the glue: Unscrew the hose cap , pushed the glue to clean the surface, evenly make it natural flow.
â¢Curing: put the potting parts in the air and let it be natural cured. Itâs one curing process that cured from the surface to the internal, in less than 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity) glue curing depth of 2 ~ 4mm, and the curing depth increase gradually with the extension of time.Because the curing deep need for a long time(glue is fully cured at least 7 days if the thick have 6mm ),it is generally used in small electronic components and a thin layer of potting.
4.Note
After Operating, unused glue must be sealed and stored , and tighten the cap immediately,. if the seal has a little crust when use it in the next time, remove it and it will not affect the normal use. During the storage process, the canal orifices may appear a small amount of the curing phenomenon, cleared it and it can use it again, and no affection to the product performance.
5.Storage And Transportation
â¢6 months shelf life if stored below 25 â in cool, dry place, when the product passed its expiration date, it should be confirmed without abnormal phenomenon, then that can be used.
â¢These products don't belong to dangerous goods, so they can be transported as normal chemicals. But be careful of leakage.
