RTV Insole Silicone Rubber for Shoe is a solvent-free, flowable - 2 Component RTV Silicone rubber. After mixing the X810 A and X810 B at a mix ratio of 1:1 the material will cure by an addition
reaction at room temperature. The cure rate can be accelerated significantly by heat. Material has been
especially developed for insoles.
Using instructions of OTT Price of Liquid Silicone Rubber for Insole :
1. Applicable to the injection molding process
2. Mixing component A with B evenly according its mix ratio, it is ready for use after degassing, it cures by heating up the temperature when pouring into the mold.
3. The curing time is subject to the temperature, short time will be required under high temperature, long time will be required while the product with large thickness.
