Multi-functional finishing agent

General Description

Excellent antistatic property, soft handle, good moisture permeability, washability and dispersing leveling power, impart chemical fibers, especially polyester and blended fabric good antistatic effect, instead of softener in dyeing bath.

Appearance: slightly yellow light white emulsion

Solubility: disperse in water easily
Application methods
Application to immersion and padding machines, dosage in immersion process is 2-4% owf, in padding process is 20-40 g/L , using HAc to adjust the working solution to 6-6.5, to enhance the durability to washing, baking at 150 ℃ for 3 minutes after drying. Practical dosage depends on trials.
