Fuel filler hose is used as a connection between fuel filler neck and fuel tank or auxiliary gas tank. Available for diesel, gasoline, methanol, ethanol and other fuel blends in cars, light trucks
and recreational vehicles.
Construction
90 degree fuel filler hose
Fuel filler hose used in fuel tank or auxiliary gas tank, 20 psi Black nitrile tube has excellent capability to withstand heat and oil.
Reinforcement is made of spiral textile with in-plant steer wire to improve its ability to anti-collapse and kick-resistance.
CSM cover gives the hose great resistance to ozone, sunlight, abrasion and oils.
Owing to working under hood, fuel fill hose should withstand temperature changes and other adverse factors causing leak or
cracks. It has a wide working temperature ranges from -40° F to 212° F (-40° C to 100° C).
There are three types are at stock – straight and elbow, such as 45 degree and 90 degree. Elbow hoses are used as transition and make the installation easier.
