Stainless Steel Bar Grating is a kind of open steel structure with its bearing bar & cross bar jonting at intersections either by welding or by locking. Widely used in various types of plant construction and engineering projects. The stainless grating can be made in forms of flat type, tooth type, I type, Light Duty Welded, Heavy Duty Welded, Close Mesh, Pressure Locked, Swage Locked, Riveted Grating and etc.

This type of metal gratings can be divided into following series according to bearing bar sizes:

30mm Bar Grating:

The center to center distance of the steel bar is 30mm. This is the mostly used steel bar grating in various industries. With bearing load is decided by the flat steel bar, this type of bar grating has minimum distances between the load-bearing bars.

40 mm Bar Grating:

The center to center distance of the load-bearing bar is 40 mm. It has light weight compared with the first series, less material. This series of bar grating is used in sites where requires less span distance of the flooring, for example, stair tread, gratings and shelves.
