1.Brief Introduction
The machine is the best choice for woodworking industry and advertising industry. It is good at cutting and engraving on brass, aluminum, plastic, acrylic, wood, MDF and other similar materials. Equipped with Germany original EOT-2 and TCT-1, the machine is able to cut foam, cardboard, gasket material, foam rubber, cork, one-sided blade for fine lines and soft polyurethane foam panels.
We use top quality components for the machine, such as HSD 7kw air cooling spindle, Yaskawa servo motor, Delta Inverter, Hiwin linear, Taiwan Syntec 11MB control system and so on, to keep the machine in best condition even after working for many years.
Electric oscillating tool EOT-2 - Powerful cutting solution for strong materials
The EOT-2 is a processing unit for CNC-machines to cut various materials such as cardboard, sealing materials, foils, corrugated cardboard, carbon fiber prepreg material, leather, rigid foam and many others. It is a precise quality product made in Germany developed and produced by ECOCAM. A powerful oscillation motor moves the blade quickly up and down while an actuator rotates the blade in each direction of cutting. Thus, even strong and thick materials can be cut precisely and quickly.
Tangential creasing tool TCT-1
The TCT-1 (tangential creasing tool) is a processing unit for CNC-machines to crease various materials such as cardboard, paperboard, corrugated cardboard and polypropylene. It is a precise quality product made in Germany.
