Roller of roller crusher is generally made of 42CrMo. There are two kinds of roller surface. One is the changeable wear-resistant surface and it is made of excellent alloy materials. The other is a kind of surfacing roller with surfacing thickness for 7mm. At present, the mostly-used roller surface is the latter one.

But, technologies to the wear-resistant layer can not get the satisfied effect. Besides, the price is high and its service life is short. During the working process, wear-resistant layer is easy to get smooth and can not effectively crush materials. Working efficiency of smooth roll crusher will decrease.

Therefore, the major way to improve the service life of roller crusher is to improve the performance of wear-resistant layer. To overcome the defects of current roller, we design another roller. This kind of roller is made of panel board and can greatly improve the working efficiency and service life of roller crusher.

To keep high crushing force, the roller surface is required to be coarse at any time. If we cover the primary roller surface with a kind of new material, then, during the working process, there are two kinds of wear. The surface can be always coarse. Thickness of wear-resistant layer can be randomly controlled as requirements.

On the basis to meet the mechanical performance, thicker the wear-resistant layer, longer the service life. By virtue of the upgraded roller surface, roller crusher will enjoy the superior features of long service life, high working efficiency and strong working capacity. Price list is on website!
