HCG+β rapid test kits

The One Step Test for HCG+β (colloidal gold) is intended for use together with the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer (FIA8000). The product employs colloidal gold immunochromatogrphy to determine human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG+β) in human serum or plasma specimens. One monoclonal antibody and one polyclonal antibody are employed to identify HCG+β specifically, resulting in a purplish red streak appears on the test line. The color intensity of the test line increases in proportion to the concentrations of HCG+β.

Then insert test card into the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of HCG+β is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.

Clinical Applications:

Diagnosis of early pregnancy;

Diagnose and monitor the status of the embryonic development;

Diagnosis if ectopic pregnancy;

Observation of threatened abortion and incomplete abortion;

Assistance in the diagnosis of Down’s syndrome(DS) with AFP and FE3;

Diagnosis and prognosis of trophoblastic disease, therapeutic effect.
