“DOHR” Rubber Lined Slurry Pumps are normally used in the conditions or erosive and corrosive slurry
transportation. Within the same pump, the metal and rubber impellers are interchangeable to facilitate use in
various applications.
Parameters and Pump Selection
"DOHR" Rubber Lined Slurry Pumps are normally used in the conditions or erosive and corrosive slurry transportation. Within the same pump, the metal and rubber
impellers are interchangeable to facilitate use in various applications. Intake and discharge dimensions of pump are the same, which allow them to be interchangeable without pipeline or civil
rework.
"DOHR" Rubber Lined Slurry Pumps are normally used in the conditions or erosive and corrosive slurry transportation, where Metal Lined Slurry Pumps are not
suitable to the corrosive conditions.
Most parts to “DOHR” rubber lined slurry pump and “DOH” metal heavy duty slurry pump are the same, except with impeller, volute liner, throatbush and frame plate liner insert are changed from
metal to national rubber.
Both metal lined slurry pump and rubber lined slurry pump are taking same working performance in low rotating speed, however, rubber lined slurry pump are more likely to run in a lower speed
comparing with metal lined slurry pumps.
Both metal or rubber liners and impellers, or a combination of both, are interchangeable within the same pump to facilitate use in various applications. Intake and discharge dimensions are the
same which allow interchangeability without pipeline change.
