Auto brake chamber rubber diaphragm lifespan test machine

The life testing device for rubber diaphragm of automobile brake chamber (for short) is developed and produced according to the provisions of the HG2950-1999 standard (Appendix A). Product life test device using piano type operating platform, the built-in body structure, the use of gas, electricity and the combination of life testing, the PLC one machine to control, real-time data acquisition, display, setting and control. The gas chamber of the crankshaft is driven by gas electric conversion, and the air pressure drop value of the sample under a certain pressure to determine whether the product life of the sample is in line with the standard. The product life testing apparatus is in accordance with the test method of the life test method of the rubber diaphragm of the automobile brake chamber in the HG2950-1999 standard (Appendix A).
