Wing chun training in Qufu Shaolin Kung Fu School

Wing Chun is a style which combines internal forces and close proximity punching. It's sparring moves are like the struggle between snake and crane. The block moves are like the nimble and winding snake while the attack moves are like the fierce and fast crane moving at an amazing speed, or like a tiger swooping at its prey.
