Customized Carbon Fiber parallel robotic arm

Carbon fiber (abbr. CF) robot arm/mechanical arm is the featured product of our company and is underproduced since it is developed. Because of the light weight and high strength, mechanical arm’s working efficiency and energy saving effect is highly increased. The arm also owns quite a lot of advantages, such as light weight, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, small thermal expansion coefficient, not easy to deform, not necessary to be maintained regularly, life time prolonged twice as much and high efficiency, energy saving and durability in using process.

Features of CF composite

1.Low density (1.7g/cm³), 1/5 of steel’s density (steel’s density 7.8g/cm³).

2.CF is anisotropic material. Usually its strength is 8-10 times that of steel whose strength could reach 3500MPa in fiber direction or even 5300MPa for excellent products.
