Flat Dripper Tape Production Line

1. Application:

This production line is used to make inline flat emitter type drip irrigation tape which is widely used for drip irrigation in the field of farmland (cotton, etc.), vegetable and fruit, trees and flowers.

2. Features of the Production Line:

1) This line adopts computer centralized control, has stable function, convenient operation and continuous production.

2) Drippers feeding, choosing, transferring and storage can be conducted continuously and synchronously. Transfer speed can be adjusted according to production speed of the drip irrigation tape. And it can be ensured that the drippers can be transferred to the bonding place of drip tape accurately and then be bonded firmly.

3) The unique structure, special material and advanced function of screw bolt of extruder, die head, and dimension-fixing cylinder can make raw materials extruded and plasticized evenly，with pipe-wall and pipe diameter kept smooth and unchanged.

4) The material for vacuum water tank and cooling water tank is made of stainless steel. The vacuum in water tank can be adjusted flexibly and accurately, and can be kept stable.

5) It adopts two-wheel reeling unit controlled by frequency-variable technology so that reeling speed is steady and can be adjusted synchronously according to production speed.

3. Components　

It consists of Flat Dripper Identification Unit, Flat Dripper Conveyor, Extruder 75/30 and Pipe Extruding Nose, Vacuum Sizing Tank, Water Cooling Tank, Polyurethane Tractor, Punching Device, Double Automatic Winder, and Human-computer Interface Control System.
