Promotion of HOSFAIR in Taiwan

Taiwan is a picturesque and rich treasure island. Located in the southeast of China Mainland, it faces the Pacific in the east and faces Fujian Province across Taiwan Strait in the west, with an area of 36 billion sq.m. Since the 1960s, Taiwan adopted the open-up policy and absorbed foreign investment. The economy and society had rapid development after that. Remarkable economic miracle of Taiwan was created. As a consequence, Taiwan became one of The Four Asian Tigers, ascending into the list of developed economic system.

The 8th Taiwan International Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Show was successfully held in Taipei World Trade Center and Nangang Exhibition Center in June. The fair lasted for 4 days, concurrently with the 27th Taipei International Food Show, the 19th Taipei International Food Processing & Pharm. Machinery Show, the 29th Taipei International Packaging Industry Show and the 5th Taiwan International HALAL Expo. About 2000 exhibitors and 60,000 visitors were attracted to attend the fair, where we can see the fairs’ influence in Taiwan.

During the fair, lots of exhibitors and visitors asked the representatives of HOSFAIR for the fair’s materials and got to know about the situation of it. They indicated that the development of hotel supplies industry of China Mainland not only boost the development of hotel and tourism industry in China Mainland, but also attracted more and more purchasers and hoteliers of Taiwan to purchase high-quality and favorable hotel supplies in China Mainland. It is HOSFAIR that provides them with a one-stop platform for purchasing hotel supplies.

The primary purpose of the promotion in Taiwan was to propagandize the 15th Guangzhou International Hospitality Supplies Fair, amplifying the influence of HOSFAIR, so as to attract more professional visitors to attend the fair. In addition, it aimed to comprehensively understand the latest tendency of hotel and hotel supplies industry in Taiwan, to provide accurate industrial information of Taiwan for exhibitors and to boost the business development.
