use:
1.Every time you use your cast iron cookware lubricate the working surface with a little oil.
2.It is important to observe the correct temperature while cooking: heat the pan slowly before putting in any food. Do not put cold cast iron cookware on a hot stove or in the oven.
3.It is well-known that iron conducts heat very well, so you can use a low heat while cooking and the food will still be cooked quite quickly. 4.Do not forget to use an oven-mitt to hold the cookware by the handle.
5.Metal kitchen tools(forks, serving spoons, knives,etc.) can scratch the non- stick top layer. Try to use wooden or silicone tools.
6.Can be used on open fire,induction cooker,radiant-cooker,electric baker and so on. But microwave oven is forbidden.
Care:
1.Cast iron should not be washed in the dishwasher, cleaned with metal scrapers or with abrasive cleaners.
2.Cookware should be washed immediately after use in hot water. The hotter the water, the more easily the cookware is cleaned.
3.Do not soak the cookware in water for long periods of time. You can remove the food particles using with a soft abrasive like coarse salt or a non-metallic brush.
4.After washing the cookware, be sure to wipe it dry with a kitchen towel.
