The surface magnetic field intensity of permanent-magnetic roller separator is far higher than that of common permanent-magnetic separator. It is convenient for operation, management and maintenance. It also displays outstanding performance of energy-saving (mainly electricity) in the practical application of all kinds of concentration plants. The roller of permanent-magnetic roller separator has three options in the tank for meeting different separation requirements, namely CTB, CTS and CTN. The CTB is suitable for the roughing and culling of mineral particles of 0.5-0mm, especially the culling of the mineral particles of 0.15-0mm. The CTS is suitable for the roughing and culling of the mineral particles of 6-0mm. The CTN is suitable for the roughing and culling of mineral particles of 0.6-0mm as well as the recycling of dense media in the coal preparation industry.
