Double Roller Crusher

Double roller crusher makes use of the squeezing force and shear force formed by the two group independent roller to break the material. When the material go into the crushing cavity, derived by the tooth force from the rotating roller, the material will be squeezed and shear ground between the two rollers at the same time. The material will be broken. Along with the roller rotating tangent line, the small particles will go through the clearance between the two rollers and will be thrown out at the lower part of the machine. Large particle over the clearance will be broken into small particles.
