Hydrocyclone

The working barrel of the hydrocyclone is a hollow cylinder at the top, combined with a inverted-cone at the bottom. The upper end of the cylinder barrel is installed with ore feeding pipe, and the top is equipped with an overflow pipe. At the bottom of the conical barrel is a spigot. Each part is connected with the flange plate and screw. Feed port, the cylinder and the spigot is usually lined with rubber, polyurethane or diabase to reduce wear and replacement after being worn out. The spigot can also be produced adjustable and adjust it according to the needs. Small hydrocyclone can be completely made from polyurethane.
