Perforated Metal

Perforated metal is produced by cold punching sheets of metal with an arrangement of holes of any shape and size in various patterns. There is a large variety of perforated sheet and we usually stock the more popular specifications although others are available to special order.

Material: stainless steel plate, galvanized steel plate, carbon steel plate, aluminum plate, and all types of metals.

Hole Patterns: Round, square, long round, triangle, scale, diamond, oval, hexangular, slot etc.

Specification: We can produce a wide range of perforated metal sheets with thickness verifying from 0.35mm to 3 mm and width maximum 1500mm. Length is the overall measurement of the long side of the sheet. Width is the overall measurement of the -short side of the sheet. The standard sheet size is 1000mm*2000mm. and 1000mm*2500mm. The coil width 1000mm is also available. Other specifications can be ordered as the customer’s requirement.

Uses: perforated metal is used in a vast number of industries for sorting and screening any material from sugar and spice to sand and gravel. They are used extensively in heating and ventilating installations where they combine the practical with the ornamental.
