Before the first application, as well as with rust spots, food will stick to the walls of the cookware or have a metallic taste- you must heat the cookware and then crate a non-stick coating:
▪ Clean all rust (if there is any) from the surface using a wire brush or sandpaper.
▪ Wash the cookware by hand with hot water and mild detergent, then wipe dry.
▪ Grease all surface of the cookware at 150-200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. It’s better to heat it in the oven, but remember to remove any bakelite, wood, or glass parts before putting it
inside or they will be damaged. If the design features of the cookware do not allow you to put it in the oven(Bakelite, wood or glass parts cannot be removed ), it is possible to heat the
cookware on the stove.
▪ Cool (only using air)
▪ As a result of preseasoning, the fat will create a protective layer, which has anti-corrosive and non-stick properties.
