YM-CK5112Epro数控立式车床
1.该产品为专业设计的专业版，是市场销量巨大的改进产品。CK5112Epro和CK5116Epro采用相同的模块(相同的横梁断面、横梁滑座、旋转滑座、滑枕、伺服电机和伺服驱动器)，非常适合重载切割。
2.工作台具有防水功能，不必担心切削液渗入其中。方形工作平台的设计方便了切削液的收集。。
3.采用西门子802DSL系统(用户可指定其他系统);伺服电机和伺服驱动器均采用西门子产品。
4.光束导向面经超音频淬火处理(高于HRC50)，经久耐用;方滑枕采用球墨铸铁材料(QT600)，滑动面贴有软塑料带，可延长检修周期10年以上。
5.独立电控箱配有空调制冷，大大延长了电器部件的可靠性和使用寿命，便于维修和保养，不受机器振动的影响。
6.P3高精度丝杠采用南京工艺或台湾HIWIN (P1最高，P6最低)生产，进口轴承支撑。
7.横梁由白钢保护，各润滑部位由自动润滑泵定时定量供油。
8.四级机变速+电机无级变速，恒功率范围广，扭矩大。
