Adapt requirement:1.Crane rail of gantry craneshould have firm hardness foundation, height, low, level aii should conform with relevant standard.,aopt soft soft foundation, rail surface protroude and sunken and shoft etc are forbidden. 2.The operator with normal operation level and certificate, with the experience instrument, eye, fell hear etc, examine and maintenance form time to time, such as clean, fill oil, fastness, fastness, circuitry, wirerope lock up, the connection of up and down flange, welding place, daily steady degree whether have abnormal etc key part, make examine and record every day, week, month, emergency stop and repair if appear abnormal situation, equipment working with something wrong is forbidden, avoid danger, pay much attention to stpop lock and with safety manage.
